Jinlun Magnet made a strong appearance at the 2023 Shenzhen Electrical Machinery Exhibition, hardcore technology to ignite the industry's new momentum

On 10-12 May 2023, the Shenzhen International Electric Machinery Exhibition was grandly opened. Jinlun Magnet made a stunning appearance with its innovative technological strength, and a number of industry-guiding magnetic solutions made a strong debut, becoming the focus of the whole venue.

On 1st day of the exhibition, Jinlun Magnet attracted a large number of professional visitors to its booth. The well-designed science and technology-themed exhibition area, together with the immersive product display area, greatly interpreted the exhibition theme of ‘Magnetic Innovation - Smart Future’. During the exhibition, we reached future cooperation intentions with a number of professional enterprises in the industry, on-site for hundreds of customers to provide professional advice, and reaped a harvest.

At the Shenzhen International Electric Machinery Exhibition, Jinlun Magnet displayed the 54SH series of high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets, which are optimised for high-efficiency motors. In addition, the technical team of Jinlun Magnet showed a variety of low-weight rare-earth magnet solutions, which can significantly reduce the production cost and help the industry's sustainable development. It is worth mentioning that this exhibition especially displayed the team's newly developed high-temperature-resistant magnetic components (operating temperature up to 220 ℃), suitable for industrial servos, new energy vehicles, and other harsh environments.

In response to the theme of ‘Magnetic Innovation - Intelligent Future’, the Jinlun Magnetic Materials technical team focused on launching the ‘New Energy and Intelligent Manufacturing Magnetic Materials Application Project’. On the exhibition site, the team demonstrated 800V high-voltage electric drive system special magnetic materials to support the next generation of electric vehicles with high power density requirements; the launch of high-efficiency magnetic components for smart home appliances to help the home appliance industry energy-saving upgrades; and customised optimisation of industrial servo motors to improve energy efficiency, reduce temperature rise, and prolong the life of the motor.
