    Grain boundary diffusion technology with low heavy rare-earth incorporates magnetron sputtering diffusion technology and screen printing diffusion technology.
    Applying this technique, which distributes low-content heavy rare-earth elements along the grain boundaries, improves grain boundary defects and achieves a significant increase in Hcj.

     
  • 03 TPR——Tech. of Particle Refinement

    With the technology of Particle Refinement and non-heavy rare-earth technology, the grain size is refined to 2.5-3 micrometers, optimizing the micro-structure and significantly improving Hcj without adding heavy rare-earth.

    Jinlun's low-oxygen process ensures full oxygen control throughout the whole production, achieving the magnet oxygen content below 500ppm. This effectively prevents the oxidation of rare-earth phases and greatly enhances product performance and consistency.
