Position Requirements
1. Possess established connections and resources with key OEM clients in servo motors, industrial air compressors, new energy components, robotics, wind power, and related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience working for major enterprises in the magnetic materials industry. Prior experience in developing key accounts within the magnetic materials sector is required. Candidates with proven track records of independently managing multiple successful multi-million-dollar projects will be prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Lead the trial production to the mass production stage of sample development, follow up and coordinate the trial production process and provide technical guidance;
2) Collect test material data and guide the use of molding powder materials;
3) Process tracking/on-site guidance;
4) Confirm process requirements during daily production and handle technical problems that arise during production.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in metal materials, metallurgical engineering, material molding and other science and engineering majors;
2. Serious and responsible, good at thinking, and have clear logical thinking.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's NdFeB magnetic products;
2. Develop new markets, develop new customers, and expand sales channels;
3. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation between customers.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, no major limit, love sales work;
2. Familiar with basic industry knowledge, good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
